Early Evening Unwind & Rebalance




Tuesday evenings 5:45 – 6:45 pm
March 16 – April 27

In this early evening class of balanced practice we’ll unwind the tensions of the day and revitalize with a sequence of yoga asanas combining breath awareness.  The session will close with guided relaxation and meditation to rebalance our nervous system and leave us feeling calm and refreshed to enjoy the rest of our evening.  *all classes currently held on zoom
