This course offers:
- foundations in meditation
- understand the dynamics of breathing and its refinements
- 10 minutes yoga for the face to stimulate circulation and revitalisation
- 20 minutes of seated meditation in a structured approach through a guided practice
All levels of experience are welcome. This class can be practiced seated on a chair or on the floor.
The class begins with face yoga exercises to release tension and revitalise, followed by a seated meditation designed to help calm the mind’s busy roaming tendencies to find stability, ease anxiety and promote a clarity of focus.
