30 minutes of quiet: meditation for all levels




Tuesdays 6 – 6:30 pm

Surely we can all find 30 minutes of quiet at least once in a while … and we can all definitely benefit from such times of stillness!

This course offers:

  • weekly introduction and inspirations about meditation and its supporting practices
  • learn about ways to set yourself up in a comfortable seated posture – either on a chair or the floor
  • 5-8 minutes of movement to prepare your body to sit in meditation
  • 15 – 20 minutes of seated meditation in a structured approach through breathing practice and guided awareness

The practice is designed to help calm the mind’s busy roaming tendencies to find stability, ease anxiety and promote a clarity of focus.

Join in this short class live on zoom or practice on your own with the recording.  

You will have access to all of the recordings for the 6 week duration of the session.
