A twice a week practice of 30 minutes of quiet: meditation for all levels and Yoga & Relaxation for Calm to promote balance in your nervous system, bring stability and focus.

30 minutes of quiet: meditation for all levels offers a structured approach to breathing techniques and guided awareness to bring focus and relief from the busy tendencies of the mind.
Tuesday evenings, 6 – 6:30 pm
January 23 – March 5,  6 week course
*no class  February 13

Yoga for Calm  offers gentle movements that soothe and release tension with guided breathing and relaxation to calm and balance the nervous system. 
Wednesday evenings, 7 – 7:45 pm 
January 17 – March 6, 7 week course
*no class February 14

Classes take place live on zoom and will be recorded.  A link will be shared if you miss the live class so you can practice at a time that suits you or repeat throughout the week.
