A twice a week practice of Yoga for Calm & Rise and Shine Yoga to give you energy and groundedness.
Rise and Shine Yoga will focus on yoga practices that encourage circulation and energy including sun salutation, the abdominal fire series as well as breathing techniques and a guided meditation to focus the mind.
Tuesday mornings, 8 – 8:45 am

Yoga for Calm will focus on very gentle movements that soothe and release tension with guided breathing and relaxation to calm and balance the nervous system.
Wednesday evenings, 7 – 7:45 pm
September 15 – October 20
Classes take place on zoom and will be recorded. A link will be shared if you miss the live class so you can practice at a time that suits you or repeat throughout the week.
