Digest the active energy of the day and transition towards rest.

Hatha yoga, a term synonymously used to describe a practice of postures has a deeper translation; ha = sun and tha = moon.  The tradition of hatha yoga looks towards balancing these two dynamics, the active/ outward and the quiet/ inward.

In this evening class we’ll address these two qualities through¬†breathing techniques, breath aligned asana, symmetrical and asymmetrical posture sequences, relaxation and meditation to unwind the tensions of the day and rebalance.
