March 26 – April 30, 6 week course

Finding stability and joy through meditation.   

This course offers:

  • weekly inspirations about meditation and its supporting practices 
  • understand the dynamics of breathing and its refinements
  • 5-8 minutes of movement to prepare your body to sit in meditation
  • 15 – 20 minutes of seated meditation in a structured approach through breathing practice and guided awareness

The practice is designed to help calm the mind’s busy roaming tendencies to find stability, ease anxiety and promote a clarity of focus.

Join in this short class live on zoom or practice on your own with the recording.  

You will have access to all of the recordings for the 6 week duration of the session.
